A note at the end of the session that reminds the customer to wait for help to remove the headset. Pop up that goes off 5-7 seconds after session ended... with hell eliminate customer from ripping off the headset and breaking things.

I would think that this option would need to be possible to turn off or on.

We teach our customers to take off the headsett and we do not help with it.
