Keep original booking time when changing reservation date

This might be more of a bug fix than a feature request, but when I need to move a booking in the monitor to a different day, the time slot on the booking gets reset to midday instead of attempting to keep the same time of day.
This will then send a booking update email to the customer with the wrong time slot if I'm not careful to re-select the correct one (which isn't a good look).
