A way to further lockdown Springboard "can't exit without a code, kiosk mode, etc." In other words a way that only an admin can close SB down.

This goes double for using with Windows Mixed Reality. By default, after the headset "goes to sleep," Springboard/SteamVR is closed and must be restarted manually.
